Our Founder: Bill Dewberry 

The Dewberry Insurance Agency was started in 1973 by Bill Dewberry. The Agency's theme from the beginning was to treat customers like family, which continues to be our way of doing business ever since. The Agency remained in the family when Steve bought the business in 1999. We have had a big community presence over the years with involvement in many local schools, sports leagues and charitable organizations.

About Steve Dewberry: 

Steve and his wife Christine live in Newark. They have seven children between them along with two daughters in law, a grandchild and their 2nd grandbaby on the way.  The Dewberry family believes in giving back to our Community by volunteering with our schools and other local charities as well as helping those in need.
